I have worked with Marty through two large remodel/additions in older homes I have owned. The first was a bathroom and study addition in a 1920's house. When I sold the house nearly 15 years later, this was the single feature that everyone talked about who looked at the house. It looked brand-new because the quality of work was so high. The second project is a large remodel of my carriage house in an older brick home. The carriage house was in serious dis-repair and needed to be completely stripped down to the exterior walls and the garage floor re-poured. This required architectural and engineering design. Marty's contribution to the design process easily saved me $20K+ by considering how the spaces within the carriage house were going to be used. It was his creative thinking that brought about this re-design when neither the engineer or the architect considered these options. Plans were redrawn and the project moved along according to schedule but at considerable savings to me. Marty is very professional but personable, approachable and clearly enjoys his work.
